Every order ships free, with no minimums, no codes.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States for free, no charge.
Timelines
- Processing: 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Delivery: 4–14 business days via a tracked express line once your order ships.
- Total: most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of purchase.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan — that's normal.
Address changes
Need to fix a shipping address? Email SupportShopMarova@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll update it. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer change the address.
Delays, lost, or stolen packages
Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates; carriers occasionally run late, and delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues are outside our control. If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived within 2 days, email us — we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund where the package is confirmed lost.
